HEAL THE MIND
& SPIRIT
Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I integrate eastern philosophies with western psychology including: spirituality and healing, complementary somatic approaches, and methods that incorporate the mind-body connection.
My goal is to empower each individual or couple by providing the tools and skill sets to help facilitate life long change. These skill sets can be utilized over the course of your life whenever you are experiencing personal life challenges. This process is a collaborative one, where we mutually agree on goals and work together to accomplish our objectives.
I suppose it is tempting, if the only tool you have is a hammer, to treat everything as if it were a nail.
- Abraham Maslow
